Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Glam Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. The fee is 75% of your appointment cost if cancelled within 24 hours. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed.

Please note our booking software sends out a reminder notice regarding your appointment time 48 hours in advance. Please be sure your email and phone number are kept current with us.

Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online, or over the phone, or stored on file, may be used to pay for your no show fees.

All Credit Card transactions will be charged a service fee of 3%.
