Hi! My name is Amber and I joined the Glam fam in 2020! I grew up in Tuscaloosa and I received my cosmetology license along with a Salon and Spa Management degree from Shelton State Community College. After years of working front desk jobs, doing hair behind the chair and filling the position of Manager at Glam, I fulfilled my dream of owning Glam in 2024! My goal as a stylist and a leader is to create a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for anyone who visits Glam Salon.

I became a cosmetologist because I have a passion for expressing my creativity, but I quickly realized that was only a small part of why this career would be so rewarding for me! Helping my guests feel beautiful and express their own individuality is one of the greatest feelings in the world, and I get to do it every day! To each and every guest that I meet, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, comfortable and respected the entire time you are in my chair. I would love to bring your vision to life! 

I specialize in lived-in and dimensional hair color, sew-in extensions, corrective color services, and layered haircuts. I love experimenting with new styles and educating my guests on how to maintain their look and the health of their hair at home. I am certified in Bello Haven invisible bead method, and K18 Molecular Hair Repair System.

Hi! My name is Shelby Cox and I have been a Cosmetologist at Glam since 2017. I am originally from Tuscaloosa; however, I commuted to Paul Mitchell the School Birmingham where I obtained my education and certification. 

I understood from an early age how special it is to connect with a person who has the power to transform looks and confidence. I have always wanted to be someone that my clients feel that they have that same experience with. Being behind the chair, I am able to do so much more than just hair. I have been lucky enough to bond over shared love of music, life experiences, dreams, travels, and of course the beauty in what comes with what I do. 

My specialties include blonding, effortless color, layered haircuts, sew in extensions, event hair, as well as makeup. I strive to expand my education regularly to stay up to date on new techniques and ideas.

Hello!  I am Kelsena Young and I became a part of Glam in July 2019. I graduated from Hair School in Atlanta, GA and received my cosmetology certificate in March 2018.  My absolute passion is hair and has been since I was 10 Years old.

My specialties include blow outs, natural hair and styling.I am always expanding my education and learning what this industry has to offer. It is my ultimate goal to make everyone who sits in my chair feel and look FABULOUS!

Hey! My name is Kylie Watkins and from a very early age I have always loved making people feel their best. My passion for hair and makeup grew through my high school years and after pursuing other paths I realized cosmetology was my true passion.

As a native of Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!), I absolutely adore this town and am so happy to call it home. In my spare time I love spending time with my friends and family and my precious. I joined the Glam Family in June of 2022!

My passion is hair color and especially balayage, but I also love both women and mens haircuts!

Hi everyone! My name is Haley Hinton! I am from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and started at University Academy of Hair Design in August of 2022. I then graduated in June of 2023 and excited to say I started working at Glam salon right after! I have always known from a young age that doing hair and makeup is what I wanted to do!

The best part about my job is getting to make others feel beautiful once they leave my chair! I love how much this industry has to offer but blonding, color, and special event makeup has my heart! I am so excited to meet all of you and can not wait to have you in my chair!

My name is AnnaLeis Lindsey, I am from Tuscaloosa Alabama (roll tide)!

I have always had a passion for the beauty industry since I was a kid! My mom is also a hairstylist, so I spent most of my youth watching and admiring her craft. My love for hair and makeup grew more each time I got to be in the salon with her!

Once I graduated high school, I started an apprenticeship where I worked along side a stylist for a year and a half. I really thrived in this environment because I was able to get hands on and learn immediately!

I have been Behind the chair since February of 2021! I love to do a little bit of everything, but what I feel I love most are lived-in blonding techniques and doing makeup for special events!

With all that being said, I would love to have you in my chair and make all of your hair dreams come true!

Hi! I’m Teresa Morell! I have been a Hairstylist since 2020, after doing a hands on/in salon apprenticeship! I specialize in Blonding, Color, and Invisible Weft Extensions!

I started doing hair because of my Grandmother. She owned a Salon in Chicago and loved every second of it. She is my biggest inspiration for all that I do! I absolutely love seeing the smiles on my clients faces before they leave! Another reason why I went into hair is because I love to help people, and what a better way to help people than by helping them feel beautiful! I love being able to be there for clients who just need someone to talk to,or for clients that just need some relaxation time for themselves:)
