Policy and Procedure
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Glam’s booking software will automatically send you a reminder notice regarding your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
Glam Salon requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. A fee of 75% of the scheduled service cost will be charged if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. If a cancellation fee is charged, any deposits paid at the time of booking will be applied to the cancellation fee and are non-refundable.
A convenience fee of 3% is applied to all credit card transactions.
Please be aware that if you show up late to your appointment, your stylist has the right to reschedule your service if an inadequate amount of time remains in your scheduled time slot. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and we have been unable to contact you, the no-show fee will be automatically charged at that time.
Any fees that are unable to be processed with the card on file will result in an outstanding balance on your client profile. Any outstanding balance must be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled.
